*Must be an employee of the County of San Bernardino and be enrolled in a County-sponsored Health plan to be eligible for the monthly drawing. Eligible individuals will be required to join an Activity Challenge and complete it before the applicable end date. Steps to Success participants will only be eligible to win one $100 Reward Card during this segment of the Campaign which ends July 30, 2010.
